Fitness Classes

All our classes are taught by highly experienced fitness instructors who are always at hand to discuss your fitness programmes and design personalized plans.

Children’s Swimming Lessons: are available to both members and non-members. We offer comprehensive teaching methods with small class sizes. All swimming teachers are fully qualified and are dedicated to passing on swimming skills to their pupils that will encourage a lifetime love of water.

Adult Swimming Lessons: are available to members and non-members. Whether you want to learn to swim or improve your swimming stroke we are here to help you achieve your goal.

Swim hats must be worn in the pool at all times, no hat no swim.
