Estuary Club Fitness & Excercise
At the Estuary Club we offer a variety of membership options from which you are sure to find one to suit your lifestyle. To give you a sense of our facilities and take you through the benefits of membership we would be happy to give you a full tour of the Club and facilitate a trial visit by prior arrangement.
Our gymnasium is equipped with a 9 station cardiovascular circuit. Treadmills and cross trainers are fitted with integrated televisions so you do not have to miss your favourite programmes while working out. The gym has an 8 station resistance circuit and our trained staff will be on hand to demonstrate the use and benefits of all of our gym equipment.
We have a number of membership options including 12 months, 6 month, and 3 month and off peak with discounted membership available to full members of Faithlegg Golf Club.
Membership includes - Free classes with every membership, Aqua Aerobibs, Gym Circuits etc, complimentary personal fitness program, 5 guest passes with every annual membership or 3 guest passes with every 6 month membership. Discounted rates for groups of one to one swimming lessons. 20% discount on all spa treatments.

All our classes are taught by highly experienced fitness instructors who are always at hand to discuss your fitness programmes and design personalised plans.
Children’s Swimming Lessons are available to both members and non-members. We offer comprehensive teaching methods with small class sizes. All swimming teachers are fully qualified and are dedicated to passing on swimming skills to their pupils that will encourage a lifetime love of water.
Adult Swimming Lessons
Adult swimming lessons are available to members and non-members. Whether you want to learn to swim or improve your swimming stroke we are here to help you achieve your goal.
Aqua Aerobics combines cardiovascular exercises with toning exercises that are designed to use upper and lower body moves to strengthen and firm. Water provides great resistance with minimum impact and it’s great fun too! Classes are available to members and non-members.
Swim hats must be worn in the pool at all times.
